No. Your IP is pinned to your account the moment it's allocated and is reserved to you indefinitely — whether your subscription is active or has lapsed, it is never reassigned to anyone else. Renew at any time and you keep the very same address and username. Renew before your term ends and we extend it from your current expiry; let it lapse and come back later and your IP is still waiting for you — it reactivates with a fresh password and a new term from the renewal date. The IP you connect from — month after month, year after year — is the same one you whitelisted on day one.
Yes — one IP can be whitelisted on any number of your own broker accounts. The only constraint is that the accounts belong to you; sharing an IP across different people violates both broker terms and ours.
Typically about 3 minutes during business hours: we verify your UTR against the bank statement, click approve, and your IPs go live within 30 seconds. Overnight payments activate by next morning. Your address is reserved the moment you check out, so even if approval is slow, no one else can take it.
No — these are IPv6-only proxies. We've verified the brokers listed on our brokers page; if your broker isn't there, email us the API hostname and we'll confirm before you pay. Brokers that are still IPv4-only would need an IPv4 proxy, which we don't currently sell.

Bundles are prepaid and final — we don't offer routine refunds or pro-rated cancellations. In exceptional cases (a billing error or a verified service-side failure that prevented you from using the bundle) we may issue a discretionary refund. Upstream incompatibility — your broker's API not supporting IPv6 — is your responsibility, so always check our brokers page before paying. Full terms in §6 of our Terms of Service.
